We love being able to get into the house by typing in a code. As soon as you hit the first number, the keys light up.
Our first one didn't work, but Amazon had a new one out in two days with a return label and directions. We have been amazed with the customer service! Thank you.

We have ordered these locks, beautiful but everyone of them was missing parts. Returned and replaced 3X. The last time the Co. we ordered from had us deal directly w/Lockstate and when they shipped a replacement the key didn't even fit the lock! and it was missing parts once again.
Out of 4 we have ordered/replaced we had one that worked for approx. 3 mos. before the handle broke off one day when opening the door.
There has to be something better out there for the price.
