I like things to look simple but this might be a bit too simple and plain to the point where it looks a little like a utility or commercial lock. It is on the doors with the Schlage camelot handle and that bring more decorative this ends up looking nice and coordinates ok.
Installation seemed more complicated that it should be. I bought 2 and the first one I could not get installed though this is probably because the door is not standard at all. The second one was installed by my handyman on a brand new and standard door. He had trouble with it. After getting installed it was almost impossible to turn (w/ door open) and when I googled this I found that both sides need to be perfectly aligned for it to work and this seems to be unusual or more difficult than with other locks.
All in all it is ok but I am not overly impressed!
